This recently released Strategic Studies Institute monograph, <a href="https://publications.armywarcollege.edu/publication-detail.cfm?publicationID=3734"><em>A Policy Response to Islamic State Extremist Fighter Battlefield Migration</em></a> by SWJ-El Centro Senior Fellow <a href="https://smallwarsjournal.com/author/robert-bunker">Robert J.
