The other car then slows down until it is just feet in front of you, forcing you to make a quick decision to slow down, change lanes or even swerve off the road to the right to avoid a collision. Now imagine the same scenario involving two satellites orbiting 22,000 miles above the earth and traveling at 6,800 miles per hour.</div> <ul class="links inline list-inline"><li class="node-readmore"><a href="/index.php/jrnl/art/space-safety-coordination-norm-all-nations" rel="tag" title="Space Safety Coordination: A Norm for All Nations" hreflang="en">Read more<span class="visually-hidden"> about Space Safety Coordination: A Norm for All Nations</span></a></li><li class="comment-forbidden"></li><li></li></ul> Mon, 15 Apr 2019 22:01:40 +0000 SWJED 119376 at http://archive.smallwarsjournal.com Space, Cyber and Changing Notions of War http://archive.smallwarsjournal.com/jrnl/art/space-cyber-and-changing-notions-of-war <article data-history-node-id="74418" role="article" class="article teaser clearfix"> <h2> <a href="/index.php/jrnl/art/space-cyber-and-changing-notions-of-war" rel="bookmark"><span>Space, Cyber and Changing Notions of War</span> </a> </h2> <footer> <article> <drupal-render-placeholder callback="masquerade.callbacks:renderCacheLink" arguments="0=4" token="2JcDkyvoNdz7AbcUTZXDTgfSvABuLH-TUc0jYOzfCs0"></drupal-render-placeholder></article> <div class="author"> <span>Wed, 08/30/2017 - 5:47pm</span> </div> </footer> <div class="content"> <div class="field field--name-body field--type-text-with-summary field--label-hidden field--item"><p> The space and cyber domains have changed the traditional notions of what constitutes war by expanding war into a global and continuous enterprise.</p> </div> <ul class="links inline list-inline"><li class="node-readmore"><a href="/index.php/jrnl/art/space-cyber-and-changing-notions-of-war" rel="tag" title="Space, Cyber and Changing Notions of War" hreflang="en">Read more<span class="visually-hidden"> about Space, Cyber and Changing Notions of War</span></a></li><li class="comment-forbidden"></li><li></li></ul> <h2>About the Author(s)</h2> <div class="views-element-container form-group"></div> </div> </article> Wed, 30 Aug 2017 21:47:36 +0000 SWJED 74418 at http://archive.smallwarsjournal.com Do National Interests Extend Past the Atmosphere? http://archive.smallwarsjournal.com/jrnl/art/do-national-interests-extend-past-the-atmosphere <span>Do National Interests Extend Past the Atmosphere?</span> <span><span>Peter J.
