COL (ret.) John House served 26 years on active duty in command and staff assignments in the United States, Germany, South Korea, and in Desert Shield/Storm. He has a Ph.D. from Northcentral University and currently teaches for several universities. When not serving in Field Artillery assignments, COL (ret.) House served on active duty and in retirement in a variety of capability developments positions.
