Captain John Rowley is a student at the Military Intelligence Captain’s Career Course (MICCC) in Fort Huachuca, AZ. CPT Rowley recently returned from Kuwait where he was deployed as a liaison officer to CJTF – Operation Inherent Resolve. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Arabic and History, he previously served as an Infantry officer in 3rd ABCT, 4th Infantry Division.
