Justin Malzac is the Senior Paralegal at a DOD joint component command, has worked in the field of National Security Law for almost a decade, and has significant experience with military information operations. He has an M.A. in History from Pittsburg State University and a B.A. in English from the University of Minnesota. He was previously published by the Harvard National Security Journal, the American University National Security Law Brief, and other academic journals, and he is pending publication with the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
