Marno de Boer works as a defence and foreign policy editor for the Dutch newspaper Trouw. Previously he was based in Pakistan as correspondent. He holds an LL.M. in international law from Utrecht University, an M.A. in the history of warfare from King’s College London, and a B.A. in liberal arts and sciences from University College Utrecht.
