Michael Panfil Jr. (https://www.linkedin.com/in/michael-panfil-jr/) holds an MA in Political
Science from Loyola University of Chicago with an emphasis in International Relations, Political Statistics,
and Geographic Information Systems. A Distinguished Military Graduate, he was one of the first U.S.
Army ROTC Cadets to complete both phases of the Army Space Cadre Basic Course at the U.S. Military
Academy at West Point. Currently, he serves in the U.S. Army as a commissioned officer. His research
interests include weapons studies, military science, and power symmetry.
