Dr. Scott Nestler is an operations research analyst who is currently the Force Strategy Division Chief at the Center for Army Analysis. Previously, he taught at the Naval Postgraduate School and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. A serving Army Colonel, he served as the Chief of Strategic Analysis for Multi-National Force-Iraq in 2009.
