Actually, this is more of an issue between the different versions of the Kindle. The smaller Kindles aren't PDF friendly, while the larger 8 1/2 x 11 size Kindles will read a PDF just fine.

One issue (and this is an issue with blogs in general, not just SWJ) is that I can't read the PDF files that typically get posted in the "journal" portion. The "blog" entries come in fine, though.

Please let me know how the Kindle format works for you. We tested the feed in their back end simulator thing but haven't been on the front end with one yet. We'll jiggle the templates, etc. for usability as needed.
