Major Lex Oren is currently serving as the Operations Officer for the 391st Engineer Battalion in Greenville, SC. He is the recipient of a direct commission. He has earned a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2007 and a MS in Education in 2008. Prior to his current assignment, MAJ Oren served as the Division Engineer for the 807th Medical Command (Deployment Support). He is a graduate of the Command and General Staff Officers Course, the Reserve Component National Security Course, the University of Foreign Military and Cultural Studies.
