POCIC, the Roll of Honour you cite confirms Timothy Bax, and explicitly states it is an incomplete and problematic record. We are in no more position to confirm everything Steven Hatfill has ever done than you are to personally refute anything he’s ever done. If only on the word of his confirmed insider co-author, we accept Steven Hatfill’s participation here under the bio he chooses to present and prefer to concentrate on the substance of the article.
