The US Army Irregular Warfare Fusion Center is pleased to host Colonel Pat Frank, immediate past commander of 3rd IBCT, 10th MTN Div. During this webcast, COL Frank will provide an in-depth discussion of his Brigade’s experience conducting comprehensive COIN operations in one of the most contested areas in Afghanistan.
COL Frank will discuss his unit’s lines of operations from the CTF Spartan campaign plan and how they partnered with their Afghan counterparts to achieve security and important end-states in support of the Afghan people.
