Major David Kimsey, USA. MAJ Kimsey recently served as the Chief of the Regional Fusion Center-Central America at Special Operations Command-South. He received his commission through ROTC at New Mexico Military Institute in 2000. MAJ Kimsey earned a BA in Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University in 2004 and an MA in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma in 2015. Before his current assignment, MAJ Kimsey served as Commander of the Technical and Information Support Company, 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne).
