Major John McCoy, USAF. Maj McCoy recently served as Strategic Planner Joint Interagency Task Force West, United States Pacific Command, Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. He received his commission through ROTC at Texas A&M University. Maj McCoy earned a BS in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University in 2002, MBA from American Military University in 2011, and an MS in Operational Art/Science from Air Command and Staff College in 2015.
