Kyle W. Fonay is a former Army Captain currently studying at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. He has spent six years overseas in East Asia and the Middle East, and has extensive work experience in counterinsurgency, anti-terrorism and training indigenous forces. Kyle is currently focusing on Asian Security and Post-Conflict Stabilization. He holds a B.A. in Political Science, a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Security, and will complete his M.A. in International Relations in December 2013.
