Major Mark Kaperak, USA, is currently serving as a Joint Planner in the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command. He was commissioned through ROTC at the Florida State University (FSU) in 1998. MAJ Kaperak earned a BS in Civil Engineering from FSU in 1998 and a MS in Defense Analysis (Special Operations and Irregular Warfare) from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2009.
