Robin L. Duane is Command Sergeant-Major, United States Corps of Cadets, U.S. Military Academy, West Point. He has completed 5 tours of duty in Afghanistan in the U.S. Army’s Special Operations Forces and was actively involved in the training of the Afghan National Army and Afghan National Police.
