COL Timothy D. Huening is a career Psychological Operations Officer, who currently commands the 8th Military Information Support Group (Airborne). He has deployed extensively in support of operations throughout the Middle East. A 1992 graduate of Ohio University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Organization Communication, he earned a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Systems Management from Webster University and a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
