Patrick Ryan Alban is a Rifle Company Commander in a reserve component of the United States Army. He previously served as an active duty infantry officer in the 10th Mountain Division (LI) with operational experience in Afghanistan. Ryan holds a Juris Doctor in International and Comparative Law from Saint Louis University School of Law.
