Born in Calgary, Canada, Zachariah Lee Parcels completed his BA in Government at Reichman University (in Herzliya, Israel) in 2020 while specialising in Counterterrorism and Homeland Security. During his undergraduate, Zachariah co-authored a chapter with Amichai Magen in Edward Elgar’s Rule of Law and Areas of Limited Statehood: Domestic and International Dimensions (2021). Zachariah was an intern researcher at the Moshe Dayan Center at Tel Aviv University (Israel) and the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT; Israel), and a research assistant at Reichman University. Zachariah was a teaching assistant at Reichman University, researcher in Crime, Terrorism, and Extremism for The International Team for the Study of Security (ITSS) Verona, and the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager for the International Counter-Terrorism Review (ICTR). Zachariah currently resides in Zurich, Switzerland. He is an Editor for ICTR and a graduate student in Counterterrorism and Homeland Security and research assistant under Assaf Moghadam at Reichman University.
