Earlier this week, US Air Force Captain Jeff Gilmore castigated the US military's social media strategy in a  Small Wars Journal op-ed contrasting the practices of Coca-Cola and the US Air Force's Air Mobility Command.  No one doubts that social media is an important tool, and there's certainly much we can learn from the private sector.  However, goverment agencies are vastly different enterprises than corporations; they will undoubtedly have seperate social media strategies.
