[ISAF] is killing off or capturing any and all mid-level and higher Taliban leadership, and the [Quetta Shura Taliban] is finding it increasingly difficult to control the various factions that currently operate under the umbrella of Taliban, Inc. The Rabbani incident just brought to the surface what ISAF and others I’m sure have known for a while now: the QST is losing its grip on the organization.
