What's notably missing from the slide since I first saw it in Afghanistan last year is the name of the consulting corporation that was likely paid large sums of money for such prescient analysis.

Well, on the positive side, after many wasted days slaving away at capturing this causal loop diagram, the planners finally have an audience to appreciate their hard work :).
