A few comments: an interesting variety of small arms used by the Marines; the LTC statement they had not fought in cities since the Korean War and a reminder small numbers determined to fight take days to remove.
I suspect the Soviet / Russian army thought this when in Grozny; curiously in that campaign only the Naval Infantry had retained any knowledge and training what was required.
